If you guys have a thing this could be a response to, I do want to read it because otherwise, this is as much of a terrifying slut-shaming as we saw on Monday night (and is possibly more terrifying considering the person who sent these tweets works at DivaDirt).

Tebow 3:16?

Here’s some funny coincidences worth noting…Or are they? (Tebow against the Pittsburgh Steelers this past weekend)

Tebow threw for 316 yards.

Rothlisberger’s interception came on a 3rd and 16 play.

Steelers time of possession for the game was 31 minutes and 6 seconds.

Average yards per pass completion for Tebow was 31.6 yards. (10/21)

The TV Rating for the game’s Overtime period, was 31.6.

Demaryius Thomas, the target for the game winner (Who had 204 yards for the game), was born on Christmas Day

Interesting eh? Tebow 3:16 just whupped our asses.

its-annette-yooo asked: Man, Foo thats how Ganster Phillip Rivers is Home Boy!

I’d answer your question properly, but I just got Intercepted.

Dre’s New Year’s Resolutions

1) Buy myself a Rob Gronkowski Patriots Jersey - Seriously, dude’s an animal.

2) Get back in shape - Christmas has KILLED me. I think I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been at just under 17 st 4 pounds (242 pounds). I want to be under 225 by my 20th Birthday on August 17th 2012. That’s far from crazy. But seriously, I feel like shit right now and I need to do something about it. Xmas shouldn’t be an excuse to pig out.

3) Get my sleeping pattern back - These late nights are doing damage as well. It sounds cool to stay up constantly until 4-5am in the morning, and it is for a good while. Then they add up, and eventually, you’ll be taking naps in the middle of the day, and spend an hour tossing and turning before you go to sleep. That is horrible. And as I said, I gotta change that too, because that shit adds up.

4) Be more independent - Being a YouTuber and Aspiring Journalist is an awesome hobby for me, and I love doing it, but the amount of opportunities that was thrown my way in 2011, which amounted to nothing, was about 90%. Not a great ratio. Lesson I’ve learned, you can’t rely on anyone besides yourself. (Seriously, thanks to Nadasfan and SportsGamingUniverse, a big reason why my YouTube account is at 300+ Subscribers), but I’ve been let down so many times, mainly because I’ve relied on others WAY too much. Can’t happen in 2012.

5) Stay humble and on the straight and narrow - Something I’ve learnt about YouTubing, Gaming Commentators and carving a name out for themselves in general, is that people are obsessed with their numbers, and that was never a reason why I wanted to get into video making. I wanted to get into video making because it was something I was passionate about and loved doing…Not for success, but for fun. If I had ONE Subscriber, I’d keep making videos, because I love doing it, more so than gaining popularity. Sure, a brand would be awesome, but to me, making my viewers happy means a heck of a lot more. And I was annoyed at myself for getting disallousined with numbers and success and forgot why I started to begin with. For 2012, I’ll stay humble and thankful for what has happened, and keep that going so I can make the best possible videos for you, the viewers next year, and beyond.

Happy New Year folks.

Phillip Rivers makes Pro Bowl? Really?

You have GOT to be kidding me. This is the man on a 7-8 team, who leads the league in Interceptions and Total Turnovers, and he makes the Pro Bowl, over Andy Dalton, the talented rookie who’s taken a peppered and Cincinnati team, who people were laughing at before the season started to 9-6 and on the brink of the playoffs?

Looks like Reputation precedes the NFL selection team on this one.

Harrison’s Five Thoughts: Atlanta vs New Orleans

- Firstly, hearty congratulations to Drew Brees for breaking Dan Marino’s legendary mark of 5,084 passing yards in a season, a record that’s stood for over 25 years. And how fitting he do it with a Touchdown pass to his old friend Darren Sproles as well, who leads the league in All Purpose Yards, and had another stunning 92 yard Kickoff Return…

- …However, you could tell Atlanta were a bit pissed in the manor that Brees got that record. And I can see why. New Orleans were leading by 21 in the 4th quarter when Brees decided to pass three times on the drive that got him over Marino’s mark. Was there any need to pass when the game was already sewn up? Especially as they have another game still to play. (And it’s not a dead game either, Saints still have a shot at getting the 1st Round Bye if San Fran slip up next week)

- When New Orleans coach Sean Payton answered the question of “Why were we passing it late in the game”, before the press could ask it, he knew what he did was below the belt.

- Why does Matt Ryan get away with criticism when the Falcons constantly fail to get over the playoff hump, when Mark Sanchez gets killed despite making two AFC Championship games? Just seems odd how he gets the nickname “Matty Ice”, and he constantly has Jon Gruden rimming him, when he’s a poor playoff guy? He should be better, he has a VERY good offence to work with Michael Turner, the explosive Julio Jones and Roddy White who’s a Top 10 WR. Strikes as odd to me.

- And why did Michael Turner only get 11 carries? You’re never going to beat New Orleans in a straight shootout, NO averages 32 points a game and are the 2nd best offence in the league. Burn the clock, keep Drew off the field…Right?

TV Ratings In Wrestling Don’t Matter Anymore

A friend of mine on Twitter suggested that CM Punk possibly moving to Smackdown in 2012, was because he can’t draw. This is the first of two blogs as to why I think he’s been a tad ridiculous here. Now for Part 1 of me Psycho-Analyzing this statement, I really do think TV Ratings in Pro Wrestling circles don’t mean anything anymore.

It’s 2012 this time next week. The standard hardcore Wrestling fan probably has an opinionated Twitter page for such things, maybe even an extra parody one with 1,000 followers because they think they’re rather witty and shit. Also, they stream EVERYTHING. Pay-Per-Views, and even RAW and Smackdown because they’re too busy making jokes on the Interwebs to change the channel, and since Smackdown isn’t live, many don’t bother as they read the spoilers taped on Tuesday.

So when people say “Oh no, RAW only got as 2.9 this week, this guy doesn’t draw!”, that’s rubbish. And don’t give me the numbers with “This many people tuned out here”, bear in mind, TV Ratings are judged off of a 1% sample of every TV in America, so how accurate are they really?

And one more thing…It’s Christmas. I don’t want to be watching Wrestling, I want to be spending time with my family and devouring Chocolate and Turkey. Football is reaching it’s peak in terms of popularity, the NBA Season just started again. RAW always does “better” during the Spring and Summer months.

Right, I have a pizza to get back to. I’ll be back in a minute.
